Debbie started her real estate career in 1994. In 2018 and after working for top real estate companies, Debbie opened her own real estate company 55+ Real Estate Services. Her company specialized in assisting 55+ and their families with resources, placement and transitioning to senior living or downsizing..

Debbie is also the founder of the Senior Providers Networking Group. The networking group is comprised of over 142 members that specialize in working with seniors from housing, placement, finances and more.

In November of 2023, Debbie decided to retire from selling real estate and partner with and be part of the Cox/Gibson Real Estate 55 Plus team as a consultant.
